1. Application
These terms and conditions of sale, apply by mutual agreement between For Demand, Lda. whose fiscal headquarters is located at Rua Dr. Milheiro, 494, C1-3ºDtº., 4410-325 Arcozelo, Vila Nova de Gaia, having an office/showroom at Rua 28 de Janeiro, 350 WP-05 - 4400-335 Vila Nova de Gaia, with the following fiscal number 510268480 and phone +351 223 744 090, hereby designated "Owner Company" of garrafeiras.pt domain, and the people who wish to order and purchase via the site https://garrafeiras.pt, hereby designated "User".
Both parts agree that any purchase made via the site https://garrafeiras.pt, will be regulated exclusively by the present contract, excluding any previous existent conditions available on the website.
Any order placed to For Demand, Lda. necessarily implies acceptance without reservation by the Customer of our terms and conditions of sale in force at the date of its order, and whose content the Customer certifies having prior knowledge.
No request contrary to the above conditions can be imposed to For Demand, Lda. unless For Demand, Lda. has formally accepted it in writing.
Whenever products are ordered on behalf of another person, the person who makes their ordering is thereof jointly responsible with the beneficiary to its effective and full payment to For Demand, Lda.
Orders will not be accepted for delivery to PO boxes or on consignment.
For Demand, Lda. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale of products and services at any time.
2. Products
Products offered for sale are listed in garrafeiras.pt website. We reserve the right to change our products, which are limited to the existing stock, at any time.
Products commercialized at garrafeiras.pt will be delivered partially assembled.
For Demand, Lda. makes every effort to ensure that the information presented is error-free and whenever errors occur and are detected, we proceed as soon as possible to correct them.
For Demand, Lda. can not be held responsible if there are errors in the values and /or characteristics of the products, when they result from technical problems beyond their control.
3. Payment Methods
At garrafeiras.pt For Demand, Lda. offers the following payment methods, through IFTHENPAY, LDA - Payment Institution Authorized and Supervised by Banco de Portugal:

b) Bank Transfer.
4. Transport and Delivery
We guarantee the delivery of products, via the shipping companies (Agility, Dachser ou Rhenus) at the place designated by the customer, provided that their facilities are located at the ground level and within Continental Europe. For Demand, Lda. (the company that owns garrafeiras.pt website) may, at the Customer's request and as an ancillary service, deliver the order to another location, provided that the additional costs are charged to the Customer, after being previously notified and accepted. In the Customer fails to attend the necessary conditions and the place of unloading does not comply with the conditions indicated here or in the offer of ancillary delivery service, the risk of delivery of the products will be at Customer's expense, provided that the products are delivered at the address indicated by him/her.
The shipping of orders to the Islands (Portugal), Continental Europe and Africa, will have to be done through an operator selected by the Customer, the added cost may be around 10%. For additional information on deliveries outside mainland Portugal, please contact us at info@garrafeiras.pt.
For Demand, Lda. is allowed to make partial delivery of orders, namely when there are no products in stock. When For Demand, Lda. cannot ship the ordered products, due to: stock outage or other reasons unrelated to its responsibility, the Customer will be informed of such impossibility and will be able to acquire an alternative product with the same characteristics or ask for a payment devolution.
For Demand, Lda. will deliver the order within 7-10 business days (wood and steel products) and 20 business days (aluminum products). Please note that orders for wooden products placed before December 15th will still be shipped in 2023. Orders placed after December 15th, 2023 will only be shipped in January 2024, due to the factory being closed for the holidays. from Christmas. Delays that occur between shipment and receipt, do not give the Customer the right to cancel the order or to claim any compensation whatsoever. In such cases For Demand, Lda. will keep the Customer informed about the reasons for the delay. It is expressly understood that the deadlines communicated by For Demand, Lda. are purely indicative and, therefore, their non-compliance may under no circumstances be a charge or liability for For Demand, Lda.
Upon delivery, the Customer, in the presence of the carrier, must verify the good condition of the delivered products and verify the number of volumes received, referred on the waybill. If the packages are damaged, the Customer, in the presence of the carrier, must open them and check the state of their contents. If the products are damaged, the Customer should record and describe the damage on the waybill and, if possible, take photos. Afterward, it will be necessary to give written notice of damage to For Demand, Lda. within 24 hours, otherwise, no claims will be accepted on this basis.
5. Prices
Prices listed on the website are fixed in Euros and include VAT, and prices excluding VAT are also presented in the shopping cart.
If express delivery is requested by the Customer, due costs will be borne by the latter. Packages will not have any recovery value.
Price of ancillary services shall be notified in advance by For Demand, Lda. and accepted by the Customer.
Purchase prices are the prices in effect at time of order, to be confirmed when the order is accepted, decreased by any applicable bonuses, and increased by the value of VAT at the statutory rate in effect at that time.
6. Returns
A return can be made if any damage occurs during shipment of the product or if the reference of the delivered product does not match the reference of the ordered product. Please describe the occurrence by writing, on the document the carrier will deliver to you. Then, send us photos and a summary of the situation to info@garrafeiras.pt, and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Within the scope of the Contracts Negotiated Away from Business Premises (European legislation), it is still possible to return a product without any justification, within the period of 14 consecutive days, according to the following conditions:
a) written communication is required by letter (sent to For Demand, Lda.). Or by e-mail (info@garrafeiras.pt), within the time limit stipulated by law;
b) when returning the product, it must be intact, keeping the original packaging;
c) the Customer is responsible for delivering the product at For Demand, Lda. headquarters;
d) the Customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return process.
In case of return of the product and the resulting credit bill by For Demand, Lda. any object or promotional item that may have been delivered in conjunction with the purchased goods shall also be returned to For Demand, Lda., otherwise, it will be invoiced.
7. Complaints
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

8. Reservation of Ownership
For Demand, Lda. retains full ownership of all goods delivered until full payment of the delivered goods and any corresponding services and accessories. Therefore, the transfer of ownership of the goods sold by For Demand, Lda. only occurs on the date that of the payment for the total amount due. Until that time, the Customer is unable to resell those goods, running any liability on their person.
In the event of payment in arrears, it is recognized to For Demand, Lda. the right to restitution of the goods supplied at Customer’s expense provided that For Demand, Lda. manifests by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the intention to exercise its right.
9. Warranty
Products sold on garrafeiras.pt are guaranteed against defects, during 2 years, from the date of issue of the respective invoice. Warranty will be void in the following cases:
a) Abnormal, inadequate, or inconsistent use given technical specificities of the product;
b) Customer negligence installation, maintenance or storage of the product;
c) Normal usage, particularly when it comes to consumable parts;
d) Processing or incorporation of the product or incompatibility with other materials.
10. Domiciliation
For the purpose of judicial or extrajudicial service, the Customer accepts that the address indicated in the order is a valid address.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts agreed between For Demand, Lda. and the Customer shall be governed by the Portuguese law. For Demand, Lda. refers to the Courts of Vila Nova de Gaia for the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation and execution of purchase and sale agreements.
12. Personal Data and Privacy Policy
In compliance with law n. º 67/98 of 26 October (Law of protection of personal data) Customer may at any time exercise its right of access, rectification, cancellation of its data. For such this information should be sent:
